The use of this website as well as all services, orders and deliveries on behalf of Rona Meyuchas Koblenz represent KUKKA™ and rmkdesignoffice ® are carried out exclusively on the basis of the following general terms and conditions for consumers and business partners. You accept these general terms and conditions by placing an order with KUKKA™
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions concluded with you, the customer, when you shop via the Kukka.co.uk website and the online store. Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for your future reference.
Kukka™ reserves the right to alter these online store terms from time to time.
Purchasing and Contract
Retail Purchase:
Orders can be processed several ways:

Kukka™ website is operated by third party www.ekmpowershop15.com. All orders are subject to shipping charges based on the country that you are in. If sending an order via email or fax, please indicate the product name, quantity, size, color and price. With that, please include your full name, delivery address country and postal code, telephone number and email address in case of further queries. After receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation in the same manner which was sent indicating that your order has been received and is processed.
If an item ordered is backordered due to not in stock we will notify you immediately.
Wholesale Purchase:
Rules apply same as above excluding through our online shop and there is a minimum order of 5 products in order to receive wholesale price list
Pricing
Price’s online are retailer prices and are listed in GBP, EUR and USD.
Wholesale prices are sent via email only to physical stores. Pricelists sent are listed in GBP, but once an order is placed we will issue you a Pro-forma invoice based on your currency (powered by MSN currency exchange). Pro-forma invoices are valid for 30 days. The reason being is due to the change in currency.
We don’t charge VAT for exportation.
Price’s are subject to change and updated by Kukka™ for both retail and wholesale prices.

Once payment is received, you will receive an email from us informing you about terms of delivery of your Kukka™ goods. All items will be dispatched normally in the following working day unless differently stated. The information concerning delivery dates is not binding. We are actively trying to supply you with the ordered articles immediately after receipt of payment/order.
Delay
Delayed delivery due to an Act of God, sovereign duties, natural disasters, riots, warfare, especially traffic blocks, strikes in own enterprises, sub-contractors or transporters or due to other circumstances, will be informed to you via email.
Shipping and Handling
Our products are ex works Tel-Aviv, Israel
We will be happy to give you useful information on packaging size, weight, shipping methods and rates please contact us at sales@kukka.co.uk.
We post worldwide using registered express postal service that might take up to 3-7 working days depend on delivery location. We also work with EMS delivery which takes 2-5 working days and UTI if required for logistically managed orders.
Once goods have been shipped Kukka™ does not take any responsibility for lost items, any claims for undelivered goods are client responsibility. However, it is important to mention that Kukka™ will make the best effort in order to help and assist with claims and package tracking from the country of origin.
Lost or Damaged Goods
The risk of lost and damage goods resulting from an accident is liable on the purchaser once goods are received by him/her, or in case of shipment, when the goods are handed over to the carrier or any transport company.
Return policies
You are entitled to withdraw your purchase in writing, once done so your payment will be returned in the manner which received, though this must be done within 14 days of receipt of the order. Soiled and damaged goods are excluded from this right.
In case of damaged goods an equivalent compensation can be demanded. Shipment must be returned by purchaser at there expense.
Custom made goods are NOT liable to these terms of return policy.
